The journal publishes articles on all issues of space science and space technology, including ballistics, flight dynamics of artificial Earth satellites and automatic interplanetary stations, problems of lowering in planetary atmospheres, issues of designing satellites and onboard scientific instruments, life support and radiation protection systems for manned spacecraft, exploration of the Earth from space, exploration of near-Earth space, exploration of the Sun, planets and the interplanetary medium, exploration of stars, nebulae, the interstellar medium, galaxies and quasars from satellites, as well as various astrophysical problems associated with space exploration.
